PORT OF MIAMI – Cruise Terminal D and 1500 Building, Customs and Border Patrol Headquarters Office
This project was recently completed – A complete gut and renovation of 2 separate buildings to be used for expansion of the headquarters offices at Port Miami for this federal agency. One notable feature of this project was the installation of the high-tech security systems throughout the project, including the latest in access control, ballistically hardened construction, and AI-driven surveillance systems. These two buildouts ran simultaneously, while Port operations continued unabated.
