Critical Path was selected to execute the redevelopment and renovation of the historic  H. George Fink Studio building in Coral Gables, FL. This building was built in 1925. Fink was one of the key architects in creating the city’s look and designing the Mediterranean style that’s seen throughout the Gables. His studio is listed in the city’s planning code as the prime example of the design style.

The building has been revitalized as the new home of Coral Gables Economic Development offices.
