Public Areas Renovation
9 Island Ave, Miami Beach, FL
This project consisted of a total gut and renovation of all public corridors on the upper floors and approximately 30,000 s/f of public spaces on 2 levels of the amenity floors of this 1980’s era condominium. (26 floors). Scope included replacement of all MEP systems as well as structural work and extensive finishes.
