Critical Path just wrapped up total restoration of two historic South Beach properties: The Lynmar Hoteland it’s neighbor The London Arms. We restored both of these landmark structures with a complete interior structural rebuild and stabilized and refinished the classic facades on both buildings. The Lynmar first floor has been leased to Charming Charlies and the 2d and 3d floor are available. The Vagabond Pool Rocks!
The Vagabond Motel’s pool was ranked #6 in the top-ten best hotel pools in Miami by Curbed – “The Vagabond Motel’s central piece-de-resistance, its large, blue swimming pool with dolphins and a mermaid made out of tiles swimming about, is back to its original splendor thanks to developer Avra Jain and Critical Path Construction Services.”

Pre-construction work has started on this 7,000 sq/ft retail center at 2001 S. Dixie Highway, Cutler Bay FL scheduled to open 1stQ 2017. For pre-leasing info please check out this PDF from CREC.
